دکتر قاسم وفایی زاده وزیر پشین وزارت اطلاعات و فرهنگ افغانستان

 

Dr. Qasim Wafayezada has a Ph.D. in International Relations from

Kanazawa University, Japan, where he joined back in 2021 as a professor of peace and conflict studies. He is the author of Ethnic Politics and Peacebuilding in Afghanistan (2013). As a practitioner, he has served in the previous government of Afghanistan in different capacities including Minister of Information and Culture, and Director General of the Afghanistan Civil Aviation Authority.
